What do I really need for marathon training?
Below is a comprehensive list of marathon running gear that I use myself (or my husband, if it is men’s gear) and have found helpful. Each runner is different and may find something that works better for their body/needs. Do not purchase lots of gear if you are just starting out or are on a budget. You will need to start with a few foundational types of gear (indicated by “must have”), and can always expand from there.
I encourage you to send me your gear findings/tips via the contact page. I am constantly researching the best gear options and will continue to update my recommendations.
